"Christmas on Hutton" Event is around the corner!

HERE ARE A FEW UPDATES:

Cyndi Haines is still seeking outside vendors to participate in our event.
Please contact Cyndi if you know of anyone who may be interested!

Shary Little has been searching for bakers from our parish 
to contribute to our Bake Sale booth.
If you want to support this sweet treat event, see Shary.

Loraine has been making gnomes and other artsy things to sell
at her booth.  There will be a spinning wheel for children to win prizes.  



Empty boxes are needed to display throughout the grounds as part of the Christmas decor for December 12th.
 If you have a few, any size, and want to give them to us, we would appreciate it.
We will need about 40 boxes.  You can leave empty boxes in the office.  
There will be a "wrapping event" on Thursday, November 12th from 1:00 - 3:00 in Reaves Hall.  
Come and join the fun!  Wrapping paper will be provided along with ribbon, bows, and tape.

The Silent Auction is looking for contributors.  
Ask your favorite restaurant, or golf course, etc., if they would like to contribute in exchange for advertising.  
Please consider donating a THEMED GIFT BASKET to the SILENT AUCTION on December 12th.
So far, we have about 12 baskets for this event from various donors.  Our goal is to have at least 20.
You determine what type of basket you would like to sponsor, and we are asking that the value
of your basket is no less than $50.  Please take your donation to the office by Friday,November 20th. Pam Magrogan is coordinating this event and will be happy
