Library Ministry
Our library is housed in a well sized room which accommodates comfortable sofas, tables and chairs which can double as a conference room. Our bookshelves are stocked with a vast collection of bibles, some of them focused for devotional reading, some for specific study and others for more scholarly biblical hermeneutics. Other corners in our library include biographical works of historical and pastoral church leaders, in addition to a collection of reference books to support general biblical study or just browsing. For those seeking a broader world view, there is an informative section on global faiths and religions. Additionally, we have an inventory of religious themed novels. In total, we count on probably an excess of 1,000 books in our library.
Further to our reading material, we also have hymnals and other music materials on our shelves. We can also share a number of videos, including many from the renowned educational group “the Great Courses”, which provide accompanying course guide books. (Some of our bible classes have used these as guides in the past.)
All parishioners are welcome to make full use of these resources available!
The library is located across from the Narthex on the east side and adjacent to the Chapel.
